This in-person Breathwork circle will be an opportunity for some deep inner healing using Transformational Breathwork - a heart-opening breathing meditation which can:

  • quiet the mind chatter and open the heart
  • clear the body and nervous system of emotional debris
  • cultivate deeper levels of self-love and self-acceptance
  • increase self-connection and heighten intuition
  • connect you to your courage and quiet your fears
  • decrease levels of anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm

#### Join us for a deeply nourishing Breathwork session, designed to explore the complexities of letting go.

Through the rhythm of the breath, we unlock the quiet wisdom stored in the body - the unspoken stories, the places where life has felt strained, the spaces where we need to soften.

There comes a moment when holding on becomes heavier than we realize - when the stories, regrets, and old identities we’ve carried start to press against the edges of who we are becoming. With the breath we bring an invitation to soften into that weight and discover what it truly means to let go.

Together, we’ll create a sanctuary where you can breathe, release, and remember the deeper currents of your being - a space without judgment, interjection, or advice.

Through guided Breathwork, heart-centred sharing, journaling, and gentle somatic practices, we’ll explore how to loosen the grip of past attachments, dissolve limiting beliefs, and open to the quiet freedom that waits beneath it all.

What to expect

This lovingly-crafted 2.5 hr Breathwork healing circle in Olivia's rainbow home studio will be an opportunity for some deep inner healing, connection and release.

In this session we will:

Open with grounding, intentions, gentle exploration
We’ll begin by arriving fully into the space with somatic awareness, tuning into our bodies, releasing the noise of the outside world, sensing into the seasonal shift.

🌙 Journey inward through guided inquiry
Through sharing and gentle reflections, journaling and somatic practice, there will be space to meet ourselves with compassion and curiosity. We'll be exploring what within us needs nurture and attention, and how and where we're feeling ready to let go.

🌿 Explore the breath as a portal
Using conscious Breathwork, we’ll move beneath the chatter of the mind into deeper layers of presence, accessing the wisdom stored in the body and nervous system.

🔥 Release what no longer serves
Breathwork allows us to soften the grip on old stories, outdated identities, and emotional residue that we may be unconsciously carrying, creating space for something new to emerge.

🤍 Integrate & soften back into the body
We’ll close with integration, oracle cards & quiet reflection, allowing you to carry insights from the session into the weeks ahead with steadiness and ease.

What is Breathwork?

Transformational Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to clear the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is a somatic healing practise with the capacity to move and transform stuck emotional energy.
