Relational Skills - NVC intro

NVC was founded by Marshall Rosenberg in response to two questions he had;

• What gets in the way of compassionate flow between people?
• What supports it even in challenging situations?
• It evolved into a consciousness / expanded awareness together with communication tools to support people connecting at a deeper level and in ways where everybody matters and conflicts are resolved peacefully.
• With specific ways to connect empathically as well as express honestly, NVC aims to contribute to a more peaceful world internally, relationally and in the context of social structures.
• There will be information on resources for further learning and ongoing engagement.
