How much? Pay from the heart, including outside this request range.
** please note meet-up required a figure so I have entered £45 for this reason. **
£ 45 - £120 for the day, a sliding scale to cover expenses and support sustainability while acknowledging variations in terms of means and willingness to donate. The invitation is to choose an amount within capacity, with consideration for contribution, ( currently also vet bills for my elderly dog companion ) including below the minimum requested. All are welcome and your presence valued.
What will be included? Listening skills, honest expression and skills for harmony. This will provide an overview of NVC consciousness, the 3 zones of attention, the 4 keys to connected language and some core principles and practices like The Big Balance and The Great Entanglement! Take away essential tools in your relational tool kit.

About your workshop facilitator Annie Scott;
Annie has been studying NVC for over 20 years and is passionate about sharing the invaluable gifts she has found in it, as part of contributing to more compassionate connection and well being in the world.
She is married with four grown children, a dog and two cats living in Leicester.
She has a background in counselling and life coaching as well as doula work. Her special interests are in deep listening, inner healing, reconciliation and transformation.
