Crystal Healing & Meditation

The lovely cryatal healer Hayley will lead this evening with a guided meditation using crystals to soothe away the stresses and strains of the week.

You will be invited to intuitively select the crystals to be used in your healing session. This will be carried out lying down. Hayley will place the crystals on your seven chakras as needed.

Yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be provided. Please feel free to bring anything else for your own comfort.
