Do you love the idea of journaling but struggle to make time for it? Or maybe you’re not sure how to begin? Life is busy — but we believe it's important to pause, reflect, and connect.
That’s why we’re starting a Reflective Journaling Club: a space to build self-awareness, emotional literacy, and meaningful connections through writing. Together, we’ll support each other, stay accountable, and explore different journaling methods in a friendly, inclusive environment.
What to Expect:
• We’ll meet every other Saturday for a 90-minute session.
• In our first two sessions;
• We’ll introduce ourselves, explore what journaling is and discuss the many benefits of reflective journaling - from self-expression and clarity to mindfulness and personal growth
• We'll discuss our current journaling habits, explore various journaling techniques to inspire and expand our practice,
• Set intentions and start journaling!
• After that, each session will follow this format:
• First 45 minutes: Journaling time, often reflecting on events or feelings from the past week.
• Last 45 minutes: Optional sharing and group reflection. You can discuss your process, insights, or even read from your journal — but there’s no pressure to share.
• Open to All: The first 2 sessions (18th & 31st January 2026) are open to everyone. After that, we’ll form a closed group for each 8-session cycle.
