About the workshop
As the year draws to a close, join a 3-hour Women’s Circle to explore authenticity, reconnect with your inner truth, and reflect on the experiences of this past year. Through rituals, guided meditation, expressive movement, authentic connection practices, journaling, sharing, and oracle cards, you’ll slow down, embrace your true self, and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and renewed. This circle offers a safe, nurturing space to honor personal growth and set the tone for the year ahead.

Why join a women’s circle?
In a society that constantly pushes us to be busy, productive, and often operating in a masculine energy, stepping into a women’s circle provides a rare and vital space to slow down, share openly, and be fully seen without judgment. A cacao ceremony, guided meditation, expressive movement, authentic connection, journaling, sharing, and oracle cards designed to help you reflect, release, and reconnect with your true self. Participants leave feeling grounded, inspired, and renewed, carrying clarity and presence into the year ahead.

About the facilitator
Thaina Mansur is a Yoga teacher, nutritionist, and health coach, as well as an organizer of holistic events that celebrate well-being, authentic connection, and women’s circles. Her mission is to guide women on a journey of self-discovery, authenticity, and the full expression of their unique selves.
