## About your host

Hi, I'm Aneta Kantarowska, founder of Kanta Clarity Coaching.

After more than 17 years working in HR and Investor Relations, I became a career coach because I saw how many talented professionals stay in jobs that no longer fit them—not because they lack ability, but because they lack clarity, confidence or support.

Today I help professionals discover careers that genuinely suit who they are and the life they want to build.

I created Next Career Chapter | Leiden because I believe that one honest conversation can sometimes change the way we see our future.
