Get Ready for Our Mock Radio Show – LBXP: Leighton Buzzard Extra Power!

Our next Leighton Buzzard Speakers Club meeting is going to be something a little different — we’re hosting a mock radio show! 🎙️
The show, titled LBXP (Leighton Buzzard Extra Power), will give us the chance to use our speaking skills in a fun, creative format. The session will include:

• 🎤 Structured speeches — prepared segments just like professional radio features.
• 💬 Impromptu conversations — spontaneous chats and on-air banter.
• 🧐 Show analysis — a chance to reflect on what worked well and what we can improve.

This is a fantastic opportunity to practice vocal variety, timing, and audience engagement while having fun as a team.
