What we’re about
This is a space for adults with ADHD and/or autism who want to connect in English here in Leipzig.
Many of us are late-diagnosed, self-identifying, or still wondering. Some are migrants or internationals. All of us know what it’s like to feel different, or to wish for people who understand.
We meet to share experiences, support each other, and sometimes explore small tools for everyday life. No pressure, no need to perform — just a chance to be in a room (online or in person) with others who get it.
If that sounds like what you’ve been looking for, you’re welcome to join us.

•OnlineAuDHD Co-working Tuesday (Online, in English)
OnlineGentle Body Doubling for ADHD and Autistic Adults
Starting is often the hardest part — whether it’s opening that email, beginning a project, or finally tackling a task that’s been waiting too long.
This AuDHD Co-working Tuesday is a simple, low-pressure space to get started — together. We’ll meet online, share briefly what we plan to work on, and then spend an hour in quiet focus, supported by the presence of others who get it.
No advice, no small talk, no pressure — just gentle accountability and shared momentum.

👥 Who It’s For
- Adults with ADHD, autism, or AuDHD
- Late-diagnosed, self-identifying, or exploring
- Especially for migrants, expats, and internationals who prefer English
- Those who work better with gentle structure and quiet company
✨ Structure
Check-in (10–15 min): Say hi and share what you’ll be working on
Focus Session (60 min): Cameras optional, mics off, quiet coworking
Reflection (5–10 min): Short round of what got done or noticed
🧭 Guidelines
- Duration: 75 minutes total
- Camera on/off (up to you)
- No pressure to speak
- No advice giving
- No recording, mics muted during the focus time
- Leave whenever you need
💛 Why It Helps
For many ADHD and autistic adults, working alone can make it harder to start or stay on task — especially for things that feel emotionally heavy or ambiguous.
Body doubling — simply doing the task alongside someone else — helps regulate attention and reduce overwhelm.
This isn’t productivity coaching or accountability tracking. It’s a soft container to help you start something difficult in good company.
If you’re interested in deeper support or accountability through individual or group coaching, send me a message or visit my website.

•OnlineSteady Space — Gentle Focus & Co-Regulation for Curious Minds
OnlineA quiet, low-pressure space for AuDHD (ADHD + Autism) folks who regulate best side by side.
If rest feels strange, or focusing alone feels harder than it should — this space is for you.
Steady Space is a calm, come-as-you-are gathering where we meet briefly, share what we plan to do for ourselves (nothing performative — just intentions like “I’ll draw,” “I’ll stretch,” “I’ll do nothing for 10 minutes”), and then settle into quiet companionship for about 45 minutes.
There’s no need to talk or turn on your camera if that feels better.
You can bring anything grounding — journaling, sketching, knitting, sorting your week, or just existing quietly with others who get it.
This is not a therapy or coaching session, but a gentle nervous system pause — a shared pocket of steadiness in the middle of it all.
What to expect:
- 💬 Short, optional check-in at the start
- 🎨 40–45 min of parallel focus time
- ☕ Gentle closing reflection and maybe a chat for questions
- 🌱 Hosted by Elif, AuDHD coach at Beyond Labels Coaching
Bring yourself, your curiosity, and whatever helps you settle.
