Let's talk about Connection & Loneliness
Shift Espresso Bar | Silvamonte, 11 Swemmer Road, Silvamonte, Johannesburg, ZAWe long for meaningful relationships, a sense of belonging, and people who truly understand us. Yet many of us have experienced feeling disconnected, unseen, or alone, even when surrounded by others.
Join us for an afternoon of reflective conversation exploring what makes us feel deeply connected and why connection can be elusive.
There are 8 question prompts to spark reflection and conversation, but the real magic is in gathering people who've opted in for meaningful chats.
There are two 1-hour rounds in small groups of ~4 people each. We reshuffle groups after the first hour so everyone connects with a mix of people.
