Expectations influence nearly everything we experience, often without us realizing it. They shape how we experience success, disappointment, relationships, and the everyday moments in between.

Join us for an afternoon of reflective conversation exploring how expectations impact our perception of reality, and how learning to manage them can lead to greater contentment, resilience, and joy.

There are 8 question prompts to guide us, but the real magic is in gathering people who've opted in for meaningful chats.

We will do two 1-hour rounds in small groups of ~4 people each. We reshuffle groups after the first hour so everyone connects with a mix of people.

Come anytime from 1:30pm. We start at 2pm, don't be late!

Our Lekker Chats cards are available to spark conversation, featuring 120 question prompts designed to invite stories, curiosity, and connection.

You can bring friends and use the cards amongst yourselves and/or use them to meet others who like to skip the small talk.

It's a mix-and-mingle-style gathering, so you may move to a new group whenever you wish or stick with the same people all night.

Ground Zero offers an interesting and quirky community space. They have drinks, food, good vibes, cozy nooks for conversation, and a friendly pug named Herby!
