Lens London FinOps User Group

FinOps is now a core discipline for any organisation running meaningful cloud or SaaS spend, but most of the learning still happens in isolation: vendor docs, certification courses, scattered blog posts. This group exists to bring that conversation into a room.

We meet in London quarterly for practitioner-led talks, real case studies, and open discussion on the problems FinOps teams are actually solving. Cost allocation, license optimisation, unit economics, forecasting, and getting engineering and finance to agree on what "efficient" actually means.

This is a practitioner group, not a vendor pitch. Talks come from people doing the work: FinOps analysts, engineers, finance leads, and platform owners sharing what worked, what didn't, and what they'd do differently.

Whether you're FinOps Foundation certified, working toward it, or just trying to get a handle on your cloud bill, you're welcome here.
