Croydon Photography Forum Saturday Edition with Paul ‘Kreative’ Bogle

Paul will share insights into his journey as a music photographer, offering a behind the scenes look at his vibrant and candid style that has captured some of the biggest names in music.
Born and Raised in Croydon, South London-based photographer Paul is making waves in the music photography scene with his vibrant and candid style. His talent for capturing raw emotion and unseen moments earned him a nomination in the Abbey Road Studios Music Photography Awards 2023 for his iconic shot of Stormzy and DAVE in the Music Moment of the Year category.

Paul's passion for photography began in 2015 while studying multimedia at college. He started by documenting friends and local artists in the grime and rap scenes. Drawing inspiration from photographers such as Gunner Stahl, Nigel Sylvester, and Vikki Tobak, Paul's distinctive documentary style authentically and energetically captures the atmosphere of live performances and behind-the-scenes moments.
In this session, Paul will discuss how he got started in photography, his biggest inspirations, his challenges in the industry, and what's in his kit bag. This is a great opportunity to gain practical advice and inspiration from a down to earth photographer who is unapologetic about keeping it real and telling his lived truth exactly as it is.
