FULL MOON SOUND BATH- JUNE 3rd, 2023

Get ready to relax, recharge, cleanse your energy and set intentions during this Full Moon Sound Bath Ceremony hosted by Shayna Clark, owner of Sadhana Sound Healing.

What’s included:

• Opening intention setting circle including full moon theme
• Angel card pull
• Guided meditation with breath work
• Sound bath which includes the use of: 7 quartz crystal singing bowls, 7 hand hammered tibetan singing bowls, tingsha, koshi chimes, and bar chimes.
• Individual smudging & blessing

What to bring:

• yoga mat/ blanket/ pillow to lay on during the ceremony (anything you would like to utilize is welcomed. The ceremony takes place on a hard surface so a cushioned yoga mat is recommended for maximum comfort)
• A jacket or blanket in case it gets chilly as the sun is setting
• Bug spray/ SPF (I provide some as well but if you have a preference on type then I advise you bring your own as well)

Things to note:

• In case of rain or in-climate weather the ceremony is rescheduled for the following sunny day. If you are unable to make it I am happy to issue a refund.
