We are gathering for an evening dedicated entirely to sleep. Not the theory of it. The practical reality of what it takes to actually sleep well, consistently, and wake up feeling restored.
This workshop is for women who are tired of waking up exhausted, who take forever to fall asleep, or who sleep through the night but still feel like they got nothing.
We will look at what your body actually needs to move into deep, restorative sleep, which habits and environmental factors are working against you without you realizing it, and what a bedroom and an evening routine that supports sleep genuinely look like. You will also learn a set of self-soothing practices to calm your body and mind before bed, so you can stop lying there waiting and actually rest.
You will leave with a clear, personal picture of what to change and how, plus practices you can start using the same night.
No prior knowledge needed. Come as you are.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal if you like to reflect and take notes. :)
