Sculpt is a 50-minute low-impact class designed to tone the body. It blends Pilates, yoga, and functional training, performed to the rhythm of music, focusing on controlled movements, strength, and flexibility.

Step into the world of color with our Color Walk, a unique evening during Milan Design Week where you’ll see the city in a whole new way.

Together, we’ll stroll through the vibrant streets of the Tortona district, one of Milan’s most exciting hubs for design and creativity. This experience is designed not only to inspire your eye, but also to help you slow down, disconnect from the rush of the city, and truly enjoy the moment.

During the walk, your eyes will open to colors everywhere: bold contrasts, hidden details, textures, and unexpected combinations that turn everyday spaces into sources of inspiration. It’s not about design knowledge; it’s about curiosity, observation, and letting your creativity flow.

More than just a walk, this is a social and uplifting experience. You’ll meet like-minded women, share conversations, exchange perspectives, and maybe even make new friends — all in a warm, easy-going environment. It’s the perfect blend of creativity, connection, and relaxation.

This is also a truly Instagram-worthy experience: snap your own photos, have your pictures taken in beautiful spots, and create a visual diary of your evening.
