The Tea Omakase™ Experience is a guided, intentional tasting—where every sip, every bite, and every conversation unfolds as part of a cohesive narrative. Rooted in East Asian herbal tradition and translated through a modern lens, the experience invites you to slow down and engage with tea as both craft and ritual.
Begin with The Noah Blend served as a cold brew, revealing its character as a crisp, refreshing opening. From there, journey through the five hand-selected ingredients that compose the blend—each brewed individually to highlight its distinct flavor, functional benefits, and cultural origin.
The experience concludes with The Noah Blend prepared as an oat milk brew—an alternative expression that reveals deeper, softer flavor profiles within the same ingredients, bringing the tasting full circle.
Each pour is thoughtfully paired with a handcrafted East Asian dessert designed to harmonize with the tea. You’ll leave feeling grounded and inspired—by the intention behind the brewing, the care in the pairings, and the connections formed within a beautifully curated space.
