In its most basic definition, ecstatic dance is a free-form dance movement inspired and led by carefully crafted music with the intention of creating a healing journey. The music follows a waveform, starting slow, moving to a peak, and descending into stillness. All of this unfolds within a very safe space. No dance experience is needed -- it's a way to set yourself free from limiting beliefs/thoughts/judgments/criticisms and let your body do the talking!

In a time of increased chaos, it's a great way to use that chaotic energy intentionally and let it move through you. The goal is to find release, as well as a deep grounding towards the end.

Join us for the launch of the Les Amis collective in Zurich with a powerful evening of connection, embodiment, and celebration—hosted in collaboration with KEEN.

This special experience features contrast therapy, a guided journey through breathwork, sauna, and ice bath led by KEEN facilitators. Designed to awaken your senses and bring you into deep presence, this class will help you reset both body and mind through the power of heat, cold, and conscious breath.

After the session, the evening continues with curated connection hosted by Les Amis.

To complete the experience, enjoy drinks, nourishing food, and a live DJ set as we transition into a relaxed social atmosphere.

An evening of intuition, connection, and cosmic sips

Join us for a 1.5-hour experience at MOONHUB where the mystical meets the social. We’ll begin with a short grounding meditation to arrive fully in the space, followed by a brief introduction to Tarot—what it is, how it works, and how you can integrate it into your everyday life.

Afterwards, enjoy a mindful tasting of our signature MOONWINE, available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. The evening is designed to spark connection, encourage reflection, and create a space for magic, conversation, and community.
