Guided by the experienced team at KEEN and held within the values of Les Amis - mutual support, openness, joy - this ritual is your invitation to come exactly as you are.

What to Expect

Mindful Breath Ceremony
Begin with 40 minutes of conscious, grounding breathwork - slow, steady, and accompanied by soft, live acoustic music. A gentle return to yourself.

Ice-Bath Ritual
Guided and fully supported, you’ll step into cold water with courage and curiosity. A brief, powerful reset that leaves you feeling clear, strong, and fully alive.

Connection Circle
After the plunge, we gather - herbal spritzers in hand, cacao warming the soul, vibrant plant-based bites nourishing the body. Thoughtful conversation prompts spark connection and new friendships that reach beyond this one evening.
