This intimate and hands-on workshop is designed for women who move with intention, value wellness, and enjoy discovering rituals that enhance both beauty and balance.

• Why daily facial cleansing is non-negotiable
• How to correctly cleanse your skin (and what not to do!)
• What skin type you have and how to recognize it
• Which products actually work for you
• What double cleansing is — and when it makes a difference
• The right sequence for your daily skincare routine
• How to choose the right moisturizer or cream
• A basic facial massage you can do at home
• The most common cleansing & hydration mistakes
• Plus, a space for personalized questions and recommendations
