We will meet at:

Hall Lane Lodge, Hall Lane, Wigan, WN1 2SG
(Photo attached of The Lodge).

Parking is free all along the country path along Hall Lane by the Lodge.

Bring packed lunch.

Mostly country tracks, muddy in areas, some steep inclines, and possibly boggy on foot.

We will Walk from the Lodge through the woodlands, through the Plantations, over the bridges, over the canals, and into Haigh Hall Country Park, ending up at Haigh Hall. We will stop at The Stables Gallery where there is a cafe and toilets, and a variety of eateries, ice cream, etc. and a gift shop.

We will then return back on a similar route.

Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome.

Wear suitable footwear and clothing. Dogs welcome on the lead in areas.
