Casual meeting to introduce each other and say Hello.

Hi Ladies,

I have set up this meeting just to introduce ourselves in a very casual way. It is like hello, how are you doing, how things are going and we can discuss next Saturday's pride event and future events as well. I know it is short notice and that is why I kept a late start. See you gals tonight.
