# What to Expect

We’ll gather in a casual, warm, and welcoming setting at my home. This will be a gentle, supportive space where you can simply show up as you are. You won’t need to share anything you’re not comfortable with—listening, connecting, and being present is enough.

### Agenda (approx 75 minutes)

• Welcome & settling in (5 minutes)
A chance to arrive, grab tea or water, and get comfortable.

• Light introductions (10 minutes)
Only share your name or whatever feels safe for you.

• Holiday survival support + guided discussion (20–25 minutes)
We’ll talk through common emotional challenges that come up this time of year and offer grounding tools and clarity.

• Group connection & conversation (25–30 minutes)
Space to connect, reflect, and feel supported by others who understand.

• Closing + optional Q&A (10 minutes)
Gentle wrap-up and next steps, including information about upcoming events.

### What to Bring

You don’t need to bring anything unless you’d like to—comfort items (a journal, your favorite warm drink, cozy clothing) are always welcome. A selection of hot teas will be provided.

### Location & Access

This meetup will be held at my home in a calm, comfortable environment.
The exact address will be sent privately to confirmed attendees for safety and privacy. There will be easy parking nearby.
