Welcome Lesbian, Sapphic, and the WLW Community! Monday is a great day to brainstorm ideas, create plans, manifest your harmonious week and launch into action. If you find it challenging to be motivated or if you feel overwhelmed about the upcoming week, join this video Zoom meeting to do virtual/online goal setting, list making, and calendaring. Grounding ourselves and setting the tone and intentions of our week helps to free some of the mental clutter. We hope that you will leave this event feeling more organized and motivated alongside making new friendships.

Our Flow:
12noon PT/3pm ET/8pm BST: Introductions. Please let us know your first name, what city/state/country you are zooming in from, what you would like to accomplish in this hour.

15 to 30 minutes after the start time- Optional camera/video off and mute. Work on goal setting, creating lists and calendaring for your week.

15 minutes before the end time: Write into the Chat Box if you were able to get one thing done that you had planned during this zoom call. Short guided energy grounding and breathwork before we leave the zoom meeting.

I am inspired by the works of Marisa G. Franco (Platonic: How the Science of Attachment Can Help You Make—and Keep—Friends) and Shasta Nelson (Frientimacy). I take all this research and I look at friendship through the lens of being a lesbian/queer women so I can modify this workshop to embrace our sapphic community!
