Craft Night

Paper crafts are fun to make and give as gifts. We will be designing colorful window sun catchers & mobiles. After this Friday night social you'll have a brignt and cheerful art piece to take home. Bring yourself and a good pair of scissors for cutting paper. We will have all the paper supplies and directions needed to make one or more projects.
Experienced and reluctant crafters welcome. If you are able to trace and cut and glue, you'll have fun. We have reserved the craft room at the Pershing Park recreation center just for our group. There is a free parking lot and restrooms. The building closes at 8pm, so we will need to start packing up before that time. Bring a snack to share if you'd like to. This meetup is limited to 12 members due to the small size of the room. Sign up on the waiting list if the event is full. No alcohol or dogs allowed in park buildings.
IMPORTANT, All members need to pay $5 to help cover the room rental fee (+$1.44 processing fee) online when you make your RSVP. This is a new feature on the meetup platform that we are trying out. Once we all learn how it works, we may be able to cover event costs and camping reservation fees better than we have in the past.
