Lets go camping at Pinnacles!

Details
Hi Everyone! Excited to get this MeetUp rolling - literally! Lets go to Pinnacles National Park in January! Pinnacles is one of the top winter camping destinations in the National Park System thanks to average January daytime temps in the low 60s. That's great hiking weather and there are fantastic trails there. Evening temps are pretty cold and average about 31 degrees - poor weather for tent camping but great for camper vans and campfires!
We cannot use a group site for this campground (I tried) as group sites are tent only - no sleeping in vehicles. Individual sites typically fit 2 vehicles so pairing up should be fine if you want to share site costs. They have an uplift for weekends and the national park entrance is included in the fee so comes to $148 for all 3 nights. If you have a season or senior lifetime pass you can enter your pass number at checkout and get $70 off the cost. Everyone is responsible for their own reservation, I will not be reserving sites on anyone's behalf.
I've identified sites 41 - 49 as all being open for the long weekend, and I reserved site 43. It looks like there is plenty of space for a group to hang out around a fire, just bring your own chair. Please post a message to the group once you reserve your site and let us know when you will arrive and leave so we know how many people we have. We can plan a pot luck for Friday night if everyone arrives Friday!
