Meditation and Sound Healing (Long Beach)

Join us for a moment of pause and internal reflection at our Meditation Circle!

Throughout 2025, we will explore the chakra energy system, using meditation and crystal bowl sound healing to clear blockages and activate flow in the seven centers.

This month, we will delve into the 2nd Chakra-Sacral (Svadhisthana). Color-Orange. Associations-Emotions, creativity, sensuality. Crystal bowl tuned to 432hz D note.

The session will consist of the following:

2nd Chakra topic discussion
Breathwork
Meditation/Sound healing
Sharing (optional)
Intentional closing

Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event is open to all levels. This is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and others in a meaningful way and to enjoy the power of meditation and sound healing in a beautiful environment.
