Meditation and Sound Healing (Long Beach)

Join us for a moment of pause and internal reflection at our Meditation Circle!

We will continue to explore the chakra energy system, using meditation and crystal bowl sound healing to clear blockages and activate flow in the seven centers.

This month, we will delve into the 5th Chakra-Throat (Vishudda). Color-Blue. Associations-Communication, self-expression, creativity. Crystal bowl tuned to 432hz G note.

Meditation/Sound healing
