Meditation and Sound Healing (Long Beach)

Join us for a moment of pause and internal reflection at our Meditation Circle!

We will continue to journey through the chakra energy system, using meditation and crystal bowl sound healing to clear blockages and activate flow in the seven centers.

This month, we will delve into the Sixth Chakra-Third eye (Ajna). Color-Indigo. Associations-Intuition, imagination, insight beyond the five senses. Crystal bowl tuned to 432hz A note.
