But how do we ensure that AI does not replace humans, but rather strengthens them?

The Answer is: First design your org, then apply AI. And what is a great org design to boost your performance? The Adaptive Topology, an org design that can be implemented with LeSS.

That's what it's all about during "10x Your Org Relevance". With the LeSS meetup group, Rabobank and Roland Flemm from Org Topologies. Wow will dive into how to design organizations that use AI as a catalyst for human growth and impact. Not to become 2x as efficient, but to become 10x as relevant.

Even if you work with teams at team level like me, you will get practical tools and new perspectives during this event to apply AI and organizational design in your immediate work environment.

Why am I excited? Because this is not about AI as an efficiency machine, but about AI in a context I believe in: as an amplifier of people, in an organization that is deliberately designed for that.
