Chris would like to take you through the full story of a LeSS adoption at the National Police. The team working on a large product had a Product Owner but was organized into two component teams. By the end of 2022, the team assessed the situation and identified several significant challenges. With the arrival of many additional developers, they needed to address some systemic issues. One major problem was the long lead time for resolving issues. LeSS was chosen as the framework to drive this transformation.
Chris would like to guide you through the journey we've had in the first 9 months. We will examine the considerations we made and why we chose LeSS. We will also explore some highs and lows we've experienced. Additionally, we acknowledge that we haven't reached our destination entirely. In the pursuit of perfection, we will also look at areas that still need improvement after those 9 months.
