Her Time to Align is a monthly gathering for women who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build meaningful connection with other growth-minded women.

Each gathering blends practical tools for nervous system regulation with intentional community. Together we explore practices like breathwork, guided meditation, somatic exercises, journaling, sound experiences, and creative reflection.

You’ll learn simple, trauma-informed tools to calm your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with your intuition — while building authentic relationships with women who value healing, growth, and alignment.
