Let Her Align – Teen Edition is a small, supportive gathering designed to help girls slow down, breathe, and reconnect with who they actually are — not who the world tells them they should be. This space is designed to help girls build confidence and self-trust so they can make choices based on who they are — not just peer pressure or outside validation.

We’ll bring a small group of girls together outside in nature to laugh, talk about real life, and learn a few simple tools that help with stress, emotions, confidence, and self-trust.

As a therapist, I’ve seen how powerful it is when girls learn early how to understand their emotions, calm their bodies, and trust themselves instead of constantly looking for approval or validation from others.

These aren’t complicated therapy techniques.
They’re simple, practical tools that can help with school stress, friendships, anxiety, and everyday life.

During this gathering we’ll spend time talking about real life, practicing simple breathwork and reflection exercises, learning emotional regulation skills, and connecting with other girls in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Think of it as a girls’ night with intention — a space where girls can be themselves, learn about their emotions, and remember their worth.

Girls will leave with:
• tools to help calm stress and anxiety
• a better understanding of their emotions
• more confidence in their own voice and choices
• a deeper sense of self-trust
• new friendships with other girls
No pressure.
No perfection.
Just a supportive space to breathe, connect, and grow.

To keep the space safe and personal, this event will be limited to only 6 girls.
