What we’re about

When I quit drinking it wasn’t because my life was a mess. It was because the slow ache of not knowing who I was on a deep, authentic level was killing me slower than alcohol was. I knew the mask of it all was simply stealing my time, leaving me feel sick, tired, bored and out of deep alignment with my life.

I haven’t had a drink since May of 2019 and the wisdom, experience, pain & process of walking a path of challenge and change has shaped me deeper than I ever could have imagined and it would be a tragedy if I didn’t share the work or the journey with other women who have also felt that slow & dull ache of - is this all there there is ?

This group is about curated, guided and structured conversation to both connect you to & open your mind to exploring a time stamp of alcohol free living or learning more about what that world could look like for you. It could be 5 days, 3 weeks, 6 months, a year or 10. No one knows and you never have to do it - although if you have read down to this line - it may strike your interest.

Come prepared to listen, be open, share (although not mandatory), be guided and gain strong perspective on what is true for you when it comes to this very epidemic-like question - what would it be like to be sober, if even just for a while ?

All conversations led by coach Nicole Elizabeth Divell.
