🪷 Part 1 – Guided Meditation
Madara will gently guide you through a meditation to connect with your Higher Self : the woman you dream of becoming, who shines with confidence, softness, and alignment.

🎨 Part 2 – Intuitive Painting
After the meditation, you’ll bring your vision to life through intuitive painting. Express what you felt and saw: your energy, emotions, symbols, or a portrait of your Higher Self, using colors and forms that speak to you.

A relaxed, creative space to unwind, explore, and connect with yourself and other women through painting.

Madara is a barre teacher, artist, and illustrator based in Lisbon. Her workshops blend art with mindfulness, helping people reconnect with their creativity and intuition in a supportive, judgment-free atmosphere.
