Join us for the first gathering in the PHNIX Rising Series — a four-part creative journey of release, reconnection, and rebirth.

In Ashes to Art, we’ll explore the powerful act of letting go and transforming what no longer serves us into something beautiful and meaningful. Just as the phoenix rises renewed from its ashes, this workshop invites you to release old weight and reclaim your energy through creative expression.

✨ Why it matters:
Did you know that intentional release can reduce emotional stress, improve clarity, and boost creative flow? By symbolically “burning away” what you’re ready to leave behind, you make space for fresh inspiration, new opportunities, and authentic joy.

We’ll begin with:

• A short grounding ritual
• Reflective journaling prompts to uncover what you’re ready to release

Then, you’ll create your Ashes to Art piece — a visual representation of your own rising.

### You might choose:

🔥 Phoenix Feather Collage

• Use a printable feather template or draw your own.
• Fill it with colors, words, and images of what you’re letting go.
• Optional: Burn a small slip of paper with your release words (safely), then glue the ashes into your piece for added symbolism.

🔥 Renewal Flame Art

• Use a printable flame outline or freehand it.
• Layer with colors and textures that represent your rising energy.
• Incorporate personal symbols from your life — birds, flowers, waves, etc.
