Country Two-Step Lesson and Social Dance

Details
Country Two-Step is a partner dance for Country music. It's distinctive Quick Quick Slow Slow rhythm is popular in country music and is even a title of a song by Dale Watson and His Lonestars. The dance follows the line of dance traveling progressively counter clockwise around the dance floor.
Join us and the Idaho Country Western Dance Association (ICWDA) on Saturday Night, May 10, 2025 for a lesson followed by an evening of social dancing.
LOCATION: Boise Square Dance Center 6534 W Diamond St., Boise, ID

No partner required. Rotating during the lesson is encouraged but not required. Attendees often dance with a variety of people throughout the night.
What to wear and bring. Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Country style attire welcome but not required. If you have dance shoes, bring/wear them. If not, leather or suede soled shoes that will allow your feet to turn freely on wood or other smooth flooring are the next best choice. Another great option is Dance Socks (R).
See you on the dance floor!
