Welcome to Let’s Frolic! — a community for those who crave joy, movement, connection, and a little bit of magic. ✨

I host silent disco nature walks, ecstatic dance events, and soul-nourishing gatherings that blend movement, music, mindfulness, and play — all outside, in beautiful natural settings around the DMV area.

Expect fairy wings, bare feet, laughter, deep breaths, spontaneous dance parties, and gentle reconnection with your inner child. 🧚‍♀️

Whether you're a seasoned ecstatic dancer, a nature lover, or just looking for a fun and soulful way to move your body and meet kindred spirits — you’re welcome here.

Who’s ready to FROLIC again?! 🎧💃🌞Let’s Frolic is a joyful, nature-filled, silent disco walk that invites you to reconnect with your playful spirit, surrounded by community, music, and the magic of a summer sunset.
What’s a “frolic,” you ask?Imagine this: You're strolling through the woods when you see a dazzling group of grown-ups skipping, dancing, and ribbon-waving their way down the path like enchanted woodland sprites. That’s us. That’s a Frolic.
✨ Come to laugh.✨ Come to move.✨ Come to feel free.
Whether you twirl to the rhythm, sashay to the sunset, or simply soak it all in, this is your invitation to let loose and reconnect with joy.
📍 Where & When
We’ll meet at 6:30 PM in front of the closed snack shop (just before the circle at the end of the parking lot).
Frolic begins at 7:00 PM and follows the towpath to a sandy beach overlook for sunset.
Return by 9:00 PM.

🚪Entrance Fee: Free!August 4 is a National Park Free Entry Day—no fee to enter Great Falls that day.
