We read one chapter a week and meet on Tuesday at 6pm ET to discuss. If you've missed the first the couple chapters that's ok! Don't pressure yourself to catch up, just come to the next meeting having read the brief Study Guide and Sharing Practice pages in the beginning of the workbook (free pdf above). That's enough!
