Chapter Official Category Open
The category in the chapter is open and the invited guests create no conflict of interests.
Invite Power Partners
Every guest you invite should either be a Power Partner for you or another member in the chapter. This helps generate more tips for you and the chapter.
Are They A Qualified Guest
Do they work full-time in the category, hold the required skills, License’s, etc. Invite guests that you would do
business with and who are on the same chapter mind set.
Chapter Vetting Guests
All chapter members should carefully evaulate and get to know the guest during their two allowed visits. When they vote on guest, they really want to know who they might be voting in and if they are a good fit for the chapter.
Split Categories
First before any guest is invited which a current chapter member already fills the category, first ask the member in the chapter if they are open to splitting their category. If so, then it is ethical to invite the guest. If the guest joins, each member signs and agreement to what they will cover under the category that they now both will share.

What is a Qualified Guest? Someone whose category is not represented in the chapter and if accepted would not be in competition with an existing member. They must work full-time in that occupation. Full-time means the majority of their income is derived from the category
selected. They have the required skill, license, and/or accredited in the category currently not filled by a member in the chapter. If the state requires a license, certificate, or insurance to complete the work then they must provide proof of it.
