Whether you're newly diagnosed, have been navigating ADHD for years, or are supporting someone with ADHD, this group offers a safe space to share experiences, exchange practical strategies, and find encouragement from others who truly understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with ADHD.

What to Expect:

-Open discussions about daily ADHD experiences
-Sharing of tips and coping strategies
-Guest speakers and educational topics
-A supportive, non-judgmental environment
-Connection with local neurodivergent community

Who Should Join:

-Individuals with ADHD (all ages welcome)
-Parents, partners, family members, and friends of those with ADHD
-Anyone curious about understanding ADHD better
-Educators, coaches, and professionals working with the ADHD community

We meet twice monthly at the Bergenfield Public Library. No registration required - just show up as you are! Come discover that you're not alone in this journey.
