Don't want to work out alone? Or not sure how? Make your Sunday great and join our group workout at Skydive Dubai!
During this 60 mins workout, we will practice the technique of some fundamental movements and then jump into a fun group workout. All exercises are suitable for all levels. If it's your first workout ever, the trainer will help you to adjust so you enjoy the session. If you're a seasoned gym freak, the workout will test your overall fitness and will make you sweat!
Workouts are focused on improving overall fitness levels using mainly bodyweight exercises with no special skills required. All you need is your high energy, motivation and we'll help you with the rest.
Important:
- bring your own water, towel, and yoga mat if you're not comfortable working out on a grass
- come 5 minutes earlier to meet everyone before the workout, to get maximum benefits from the session, we can't have people joining more than 5 minutes late
