🎄✨ Real Friends ATL: Holiday Cookie Exchange (Limited Attendance) ✨🦄
Details
# 🎄✨ About This Cookie-Fueled Chaos (a.k.a. The Event) ✨🦄
This cookie exchange is happening for one very honest reason: I spent a lot of time decorating my Christmas tree and I want people to actually see it. It turned out really pretty, and it deserves an audience.
So on December 11, we’re packing my very cozy townhouse with twelve humans, two wiener dogs, one cat who may or may not grace us with her presence, and an unreasonable number of unicorns hidden in plain sight. Add a table full of cookies, and it becomes a festive snow globe powered by sugar and social energy.
We’ll swap cookies, admire the tree, navigate around short-legged dogs, and enjoy being in good company during the season. Festive attire is encouraged but never required — ugly sweaters, Santa hats, sparkly outfits, reindeer headbands, vintage velvet, or whatever holiday energy you feel like channeling. Show up as you are, just with cookies.
# 🍪 How This Cookie Exchange Works
Whether you're a seasoned cookie-swapper or trying this for the first time, here’s everything to expect:
- Bring at least 3 dozen cookies.
One variety, any flavor, homemade or store-bought. Whatever fits your schedule and sanity is perfect. - Bring a simple ingredient label.
A small note with the cookie name and key ingredients helps everyone navigate allergies and surprises. Handwritten is totally fine. - Bring something to carry cookies home in.
You will leave with the same number of cookies you brought, but mixed from everyone else’s batches.
Use the container you transported your cookies in, or bring extra baggies or boxes if you want your collection organized. - Beverages are welcome.
If you want to bring cocoa, cider, sparkling water, wine, or anything festive, feel free. It’s optional. - Avoid duplicates when possible.
The RSVP form will ask what kind of cookie you plan to bring so we don’t end up with multiple trays of the same thing. - Expect movement, chatter, and the occasional dachshund cameo.
People will mingle, trade cookies, admire the tree, and step around small dogs who believe snacks fall from heaven. - If your plans change, please update your RSVP right away.
This event only fits 12 people, and the group is growing quickly. Changing your RSVP opens a spot for someone else who wants to join.
