Let’s Breathe: A Guided Exploration of Breath & Stillness
Discover the healing power of breath in this beginner-friendly online session. We’ll move through several breathing practices rooted in ancient pranayama traditions. After each exercise, we’ll pause for a few minutes of meditation to deepen awareness and integration. The session will close with guided self-reflection to help you carry the clarity into daily life.
No prior experience is required, just a willingness to pause, breathe, and be present.
