Some of us are lucky. Let's build single resident occupancy buildings and give them to non-profits to manage. This is not intended to be a tax write off.
Tall mixed use buildings with a set percentage of very small units.
Penthouses for the rich, 2 and 3 bedroom units for impoverished families and many many single units of about 130 sq feet.
Volunteers needed:
Lawyers to encourage the city to allow this to happen (zoning changes?)
Architects to design.
People who can afford to divest themselves from a million or ten. Who are not intent upon more accumulation or display.
Do something good, address homelessness, address housing shortage, inequality and improve urban areas.
