No in-person or zoom meetings at this time.
My goal is to find like minded people who are willing to spend their money to directly build low income housing.
Mixed use buildings. Primarily 130 sq ft rooms with some two and tree bedroom units, and a nice upper floor unit.
Needed volunteer lawyers, architects, and people with surplus money.
Talk first, then create escrow account to hold funds for construction use, or to return monies if project(s) fail.
Google indicates: "Building a 170-unit motel in Seattle... estimates ranging from roughly $15 million to over $50 million, factoring in Seattle's high costs (around $300-$550/sq. ft.) and typical motel costs ($150k-$220k/room), potentially hitting $25M-$70M+ for a mid-to-upscale build."
