What is our main purpose?
To provide dancers like us a fun place to meet, play, learn, and dance. Meet with people across NJ, NY, PA, and beyond for every kind of dancing - Swing, Ballroom, Tango, Latin. Unlike other dance meetups, our meetup leaders are just volunteers who dance for the pleasure of it!
Who should join us?
Dancers & aspiring dancers (Singles or Couples) who are interested in social dancing as a hobby. Beginners who are looking for avenues to learn and practice social dancing.
What are typical meetups like?
Take a dance lesson and then dance as little or as much as you please at the dance party.
Why should you join us?
To make new friends.
To engage in a fun hobby.
To learn a new dance.
To find a new dance partner.
To find a new party spot with old or new friends.

2026 New Year's Eve Celebration
Suzanne Patterson Center, 45 Stockton St, Princeton, NJ, USNow Taking Reservations!!!
Join us on Wednesday, December 31st, from 8:00pm-12:30am for Central Jersey Dance Society’s legendary New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance at the Suzanne Patterson Center! Stay local—save on gas, tolls, and parking. No need to travel all the way to New York City!

Come and dance to East Coast Swing, Waltz, Hustle, Salsa, Bachata, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Argentine Tango, Ballroom Tango, West Coast Swing, Samba, and many more!
We will have a full buffet throughout the evening that will include catered Italian, Mexican, and Asian main courses plus ample side dishes, desserts and beverages and coffee!
We will also have a midnight countdown clock and show the Time Square ball drop on our large projector screen.
Sparkling cider toast provided at midnight
Singles and couples welcomed
Bring your friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors—invite everyone you know! More than 150 attendees join us every year, so you know we are doing something right. Don’t miss out on this fantastic evening of fun and dancing!
