## Seven Sisters Hike, Beach Stops & Optional Swim

Join us for a beautiful day exploring one of England’s most breathtaking coastal walks, with two beautiful beach stops and an optional dip in the sea.

We’ll hike half of the Seven Sisters, walking from Seaford along the stunning white chalk cliffs to Cuckmere Haven for our first beach stop, before continuing along the clifftops to Birling Gap, where we’ll finish the walk and enjoy some well-earned beach time together.

Birling Gap is the perfect place to relax after the hike. There are cafés, ice cream, toilets and a shop just a short walk from the beach, so you can grab something to eat or drink, stretch out on the pebbles, enjoy the views, have a chat, listen to a bit of music, or even take a refreshing swim if the weather is kind. There’s no rush, we’ll have plenty of time to unwind, get to know each other and enjoy the afternoon before heading back home.

When we’re ready to leave, there’s a bus stop right at Birling Gap with regular buses back to Seaford. You can simply tap your contactless card or phone to pay, making the journey back easy and hassle-free.
