Please park considerately around Thurleigh village and meet on the High Street at the War Memorial/church driveway, ready to start walking promptly at 10.30am. In the morning we will head firstly Eastwards and then turning South to end up at the village of Ravensden for lunch. We’ll have our lunch in or around Ravensden, before heading to the Horse & Jockey for a quick drink. There probably won’t be time to buy food from the pub, so please bring a packed lunch with you.

In the afternoon we will start out from the pub and follow footpaths and bridleways back to Thurleigh.

The walk should be around 8.5 miles long, split between 5 miles in the morning and 3.5 miles for the afternoon.
