You don’t need to become “stronger”, “tougher” or “louder” to be successful in your workplace. There is already a phenomenal woman inside you. The world needs your passion, your authentic voice, your strengths as a woman - exactly the way you are.
So my online trainings in this group are all about training to be "imperfect" ;-). Because when we drop our perfectionism and the pressure to try to "fit in", we'll have more energy to live our amazing potential. Let's try this together, ladies!
About me:
I am Helene, I am a confidence mentor for confident women - and an imperfect woman. I left my international career at the European Commission to become an online entrepreneur who opens up to other women about her story: being a young woman in a work culture designed by men. I believe in authentic leadership that values the strengths of both men and women rather than leadership by "corner office". So here I am, giving you the courage to be "you" at work. That's my recipe to start changing our work culture together - with more feminine energy.
